Funded hours are provided as per entitlement guidelines and are deducted from monthly invoices before other charges are added. 

Funded hours are offered as term time only (15 or 30 hours per week) or stretched 51 weeks per year (11 or 22 hours per week).  

Additional charges are as follows: 

Hourly rate for attendance outside of the funding entitlement: £6.50 per hour (breakfast, snacks and drinks are included in the hourly rate).  

Optional hot two course lunch £3.15 per day 

Optional two course tea £2 per day (this is waivered if children attend all day and are already paying for lunch)  

Sun cream is offered at a charge to be determined at the time (seasonally) and is dependent on the cost of sun cream. However, parents are encouraged to provide their child with their own named sun cream.  

Nappies and wipes are offered at a charge of £2.50 per day. However, parents are encouraged to provide their child with their own nappies and wipes.
